Active Duty Firearms Information
If you are an active duty military member assigned to permanent duty in Louisiana, and bear an out-of-state ID, you will need the following:
- Valid State-issued Identification; Driver's License or ID Card
- A copy of your orders assigning you to a Louisiana military installation. TDY Orders are not acceptable.
- Your CAC or other Active Military ID.
**NOTE** National Guard and Reservists in Louisiana on Drill or annual training, who are from out-of-state may not purchase handguns, frames, nor receivers.

Drawing Entry General Terms & Conditions
- Purchase may be necessary to enter prize drawings.
- Drawing entry requires collection of customer information, including email.
- Acceptance of a prize gives consent to photograph prize winner and the use of any photograph(s) for our public social media. (Applies to adults 18 and over only.)
- Drawing entry gives consent to direct emails from CBG Firearms for informational and marketing purposes.
- Prizes must be collected within 30 days of drawing.
- Only one prize per household every 30 days.
- Firearm prizes require a Form 4473 and NICS background check. Refusal of, or failure of either constitutes forfeiture of prize.
